The user of the Website (hereinafter, the User), by providing Aquatera Atlántico with his/her personal data through the electronic forms on the Website and contact section and, where appropriate, by ticking the corresponding acceptance box, expressly consents to Aquatera Atlántico processing such data under the terms of this clause of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy and for the purposes herein Expressed.

Aquatera Atlántico informs the users of the Website that their personal data may only be obtained for processing when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the specific, explicit and legitimate scope and purposes for which they have been obtained. What personal data do we collect through the Site?

The User shall be solely responsible for the veracity of the data provided to Aquatera Atlántico.
